Guys.....sorry for being late...i out of my home for some work,but one thing i have to tell you that after all this detail still my is on working condition.if you guys want then i will put a video.really i m not now interested in electronics part because now my career giong toward software side.how this work and all this stuff i don't know.but when set my rpm,motor speed is same....no doubt there is some variation bt i think it's work nice.
 

I think he/u got lucky and d3 burnt out.
can u control motor from zero to max speed prove it by measuring voltage across motor.
 

not from zero....but from 200 to 3000 rpm
 

voltage at 200 ??? 3000 ??? how do u check speed ???
sorry d3 burnt or not there or u posted the wrong circuit... i bet u a huge tank of any beer u like
