The topology of a MEMS oscillator output buffer.

Hi, I am confused about the topology of the output buffer in this MEMS oscillator. Here are the picture of the layout and the article link. Hope someone could help me, thank you for your reading.

Looks like there are two transistors with current sources at Sources/Emitters. Output has been tapped from the source/emitter of the second one. (typical buffer configuration).
It's absolutely hard to say something concrete from that layout.
