the pulses to switches are little bit difficult , can some one suggest some IC's

Hi , I am doing single phase Quasi Z-source AC-AC converter.It consists of two bidirectional switches , the pulses to switches are little bit difficult in hardware , can u suggest some IC's so that i can easily produce it...

This is the kind of topology where you may need to use pulse transformers to switch your gates on and off.

Straightforward biasing may not work. All of your switch devices could see unpredictable V levels at the drain and source terminals.
