Stub matching HFSS

hiall,
Can any1 give the geometry of CPW with stubs (short and open) . is it just an extension of signal line on sides ? How much gap shud be left between the gnd and the signal trace in case of OPEN....kindly clarify...

I think you can use Micrwave office or Ansoft Designer to design CPW circuit firstly, after you get the phisical parameters, you can use HFSS or CST to verify them.
In this way ,your design process will be much fast!
