Hello everyone,

I've been working with a CPW resonator recently, and its resonator frequency is approximately 7GHz. However, when I simulated it in HFSS, I couldn't identify any dips in the S21 parameter. I'm utilizing the lumped port with an integration line defined from the ground plane to the transmission line. Despite consulting various references and forums, none of the solutions addressed my problem. Could someone please assist me? Thank You!

I've attached the project for reference.

Actually, with this structure you get a resonance at 9GHz.
With this long CPW resonator you will not get much deep resonance.
There are many other types of microstrip resonators that works better and needs less space on PCB. I would go for a microstrip ring resonator.
