Hello,everyone!
I am simulating a CPW with internal excitation,I want to know that if it's OK to assign excitation like fig2,a lumped port, and fig3 ,a wave port together?

Welcome, Yun Wang,

What do you mean by "together"? It looks like you have one internal lumped port on one side of your structure, and one wave port on the other, at the edge of the domain.

There should be no problem here; the wave port will emulate the effects of a long TL, whereas the lumped port could represent an IC or some other discrete source.
