Who know the electric caracteristics of the 65 nm gate length transistor:
1- Maximum current supported ?
2- Vth ?
Any paper/material on this issue will be highly appreciated.

download the ptm 65nm model file , in that you can get vto for 65nm , use this file as model parameter , and simulate a transistor char . circuit .you will get all what you required,

there is two models
1] for analog for TSMC0.18
2] for digital for ex ptm is digital one.

65nm is the channel length , you can find it at predictive
or i upload the 90nm version it here only ok...
