The differntiations between COG interface and COF interface

Hi all.
These days, I'm studying Display interface, such as mLVDS, RVDS, etc.
I wonder what are the differentiations of character between COG interface like mLVDS and COF interface like RVDS.
Also, could you please explain about the advantages and disadvantages between multi-drop and point to point ??

Hard to study them alone, Please help me. :)
