please help me by giving me releable article the difference and advantages between E1 and T1

Which is more preferable E1 and T1?

In short E1 is European protocol, T1 is American. So E1 is preferred in Europe but Е1 is preferred in the USA. :D The biggest difference is in frame length and if I do not make mistake now in bit frequency. You'd better read official specifications.

You mean E1 is preferred in europe and T1 is preferred in North America and other countries. E1 and T1 essentialy do the same, they can MUX/DEMUX digital voice channels of 64 Kbps. They only differ in some parameters like :

-They use different non-linear PCM coding, E1 uses A-Law, and T1 uses µ-Law.
-E1 can MUX/DEMUX 32 channels, and T1 24 chanels.
-The type of signaling and synchronization is different.
