Dear all,

I am new in this field, and want to generate test patterns for all possible transition faults in a small circuit like C17.
I used the command add_faults -all.
however, tetramax only has injected faults in the inputs and outputs of the design and did not consider internal nets as well.
when I try to add faults in the internal nets ( for instance: add_faults N10 -slow RF) it shows me this error message:
Error: Invalid argument "N10". (M1)
I would be grateful if you share your idea with me that how to solve this problem?

no idea what is C17, naval game?

the fault can be only at cell pins.
