would some one please help me finding the Technology Profile's (Design Kit's) of .18 & .25 micron Technology..?
i need them in the way of my Design & Layout....

you can only get these files from the foundry

I need the required material for educational purpose only and I'm not in the position for contacting with the foundries myself so I asked here if any1 could give me .25 ,.18 & .13 design kits (only for educational purpose)??
