Re: Analog Design

Art of analog layout is sufficient enough.

Analog Design

Hi sunny153, I only have
Art of analog layout in slide, dont have full book. Do you know where is it

Thanks

Re: Analog Design

Read the following subjects of one analog IC book:
1. CMOS basic device model.
2. Single stage amplifier.
3. Current Mirror.
4. Op-amp.
5. Comparator.
6. Bandgap reference.
Then you can start designing some circuits and pick up the others latter.

Re: Analog Design

First reading some books on semiconductor device will help you great.

Analog Design

u should choose one main book, and read it through. Others are used for reference only, or you get into complex matrix.
Read the book, do simulation :)

Re: Analog Design

Design of cmos analog IC - Bahzad Razavi
analog design and layout - jacob baker
These 2 books are my favorite, by the way, Professor Baker's cmosedu.com
site is a good place to learn analog.

Analog Design

Design of CMOS analog IC (Bahzad Razavi ) is wonderful and esayer.

Added after 36 minutes:

I think knowledge of basic analog circurts is also very important, so u may read some books about it.
