i found a strange component like ceramic capacitor,

and this is our friend

What is the PS refer to ???

the PCB is for Analog Receiver Signal Super LT 930

It's a varistor. This device removes power surges by behaving sort of like a Zener diode, clamping the input voltage to certain levels. They can take a lot of impulse power, which makes them great as surge arresters, but they also degrade with each pulse received.
