In which process corner, the power consumption will be maximum?

While performing IR-Drop Analysis, which corner (slow or fast) you choose?

The max total power corner is (FF, High Voltage, Low Temp). But, the max leakage power corner is (FF, High Voltage, High Temp).

IR-drop is in fast corner.
