Somebody please give me the code for pspice netlist of 6t SRAM.
or any kind of help would be great help.

As long as you can draw the schematic on paper and know how to write a Spice netlist for a MOSFET, you should be able to figure it out on your own. So start with learning how to write a spice netlist for a MOSFET and then check out SRAM schematic on any EE textbook.

Please read the standard Digital VLSI textbook: CMOS VLSI Design: A Circuits and Systems Perspective by Weste and Harris. You should find all the details on how to read/write to the SRAM cell.
