spikes problem

Hi,
I am trying to generate a square pulse with increasing amplitude(differential pulse) form a increasing stepped stair case waveform.
I am using a 2:1 MUX with
a) 1 input to ground b) 2nd input to stair case waveform
and using internal clock as select signal

It works but i am getting spikes at both the edges of sqaure pulses.I have used a latch at the output to remove these spikes but it didn't work.

If you find any other way to resolve this problem please let me know.

Thanks
