spyglass license failure

Hi,

when i called spyglass, i am getting spyglass license failure notification "some of the required feature could not be checked out".
Feature name: checker 2020.12 (> 2020.12).
Feature Details : checker

Any idea what to do for this??

does spyglass power requires spyglass lint as a pre requisite??
