charge accumulation

In my opinion, Space charge accumulation give rise to bad effect on the diode.

But I want to know about "Space charge accumulation in the diode" in detail.

i don't really understand how space charge accumulation works. i do know of a book that explains that topic though. try electronic circuit analysis and design by donald neamen. if i still have time i will try to review that subject too and hopefully give you some explanations.

some material is dedicated to the space charge
