sony str-db804 display "protect"

this amp displays protect,all output transistors are ok and their drivers allright.i tried to clear the eeprom by pressing standby button for few seconds and pressing enter button,it says eeprom cleared but the fault persist.pls i need a method for temporar protect defeat cause i have nodrawing.:?:

Check for the fuses and ouput voltage of smps.

pradeep.g.belchada this set has no smps,is 2 mains transformers one for stdby and the other for +B and -B and other suplies.if the fuse was dead it wont go to stdby if for the bib transf- it wont light the florecent.pls i need a schem.but when 8/4 ohm selector switch wires are removed its ok,but no sound.:-|

can u post the closeup photo of your amplifier i meant only pcb assembly(cover removed)
