hi guys
i need to learn the idea of operation of hall current probe .
and for what is used?

and hall current probe is hall effect sensor????

yes , it based on hall effect sensor, it use for measuring current (AC or DC) in PCB that is cannot be measuring by clamped device .
but hall effect sensor used with clamped devices . now i need construction of hall current probe and how hall effect sensor used with current probe.
 

It's basically simple. Consider the geometry of a conductor's magnetic field. Place a hall sensor in a way that it gives maximum measurement signal.
