How can the SNR of an 8 bit current steering DAC be improved?

You can try oversampling but the limiting factor is the 8 bits or 255 levels

Is there any other method to improve SNR other than oversampling because i need Nyquist rate DAC.

Oversampling does not compromise the Nyquist rate. The effective sampling rate (after over-sampling is the important parameter)
