Smps inverter and charger circuit

Of course as you can see 2 pots in schematic.
One is for amp adj and second is for volt adjust.
If we adjust out put volt 14.
When battery volts reach(during charge) 14 at this time charging current will only 0.2amp.

i am new in electronics. i m having a problem, i hope u'll help me.
i am using a inverter at my home 1000VA. i can adjust charging current by adjusting variable with connecting a clamp meter. currently when battery reach 13v its stops charging but i want to adjust charging voltage 14v, that mean during charging when battery reach 14v its stops charging. there is a trimpot called charging volt in this circuit. how can i do this? i mean where i connect multimeter & how to adjust? i am using 12V 200Ah Led acid battery.
