I am a junior NOC telecommunication engineer.What are the skills,i should have to excel in this fiel.
Also i am looking to grasp some knowledge in this field(BTS,BSC,NOC,etc);Please share some ways to do that.Is there any other forum(other than EDaboard) where i can discuss these technical lines?
