should be w' --> 0 since we are using w = wo
 

No, you have to consider w since you have to evaluate the function along all the frequency range and not only at resonance.
 

How to obtain equations 6.7 and 6.8 in post #3 which are values of Ls and Cs respectively ?
 

I have figured it out by just substituting equations (6.7) and (6.8) into equation(6.6)
 

Remeber that wo = 1/sqrt(Ls*Cs) = 1/sqrt(Lp*Cp)
 

What about equation (6.10) ?

I am bit stucked at the last part of the proof as shown in the following handwritten proof.
