Good day everyone,
I got a question, I am quit new to pspice and I want to simulate the reverse characteristic behaviour of solar cells.
When simulating I only get the forward behaviour. I found that I need to change the parameters of the diode, but still I don't get the reverse characteristics. can someone maybe tell me what I am doing wrong here?
In my simulation, what lines do I get under the 0A line?
