I simulate CPW/grounded CPW on HFSS,
my target is to find the Z0 of the line.

do I need to calculate this thru S-Parameters / Z-Parameters,

or is there any shortcut ?

cpw Z0

There is a short cut, there are equations that you can get from Pozar's Microwave engineering book or you can download the free program AppCad which will calculate Grounded CPW characteristic impedance and with out Ground (it does several other things as well.)

To find the Z0 of the CPW Transmission line, as to my knowledge, you can set the excitation(wave port) non-renormalization in the post processing. And you see the result of re(Z0(P1)), which is the characteristic impedance of the line.
