Sentaurus Device simulation problem

Hey everybody, I am a novice for the sentaurus, I am trying to use it to simulate the semiconductor-based sensors.
When I am trying to figure out how to write a command file for the sentaurus device, I got quiet confused about the value Time.
What does it exactly mean or what does it represent and how to use it?
Also any good material for the learning it?
Any help would be truly appreciated.
