Dear researchers,
I have simulated 6T SRAM cell while I need sense amplifier to complete my simulation procedures. However, I don't find transistor sizes (W/L) of a sense amplifier in 16nm CMOS technology. I would be grateful if you could guide and help me.
thank you for your efficacious helps

You think somebody is going to hand this to you,
when such circuits are mostly still in highly cloistered
development?

Your simulation procedure would be more useful and
more impressive to your professor if you used it to
-determine- the proper sizings, as a real designer would.
Start somewhere, and optimize based on outcomes.
