1. Why use -waveform {0.0 0.0} ?

2. Why edge 2 has nominator 1 and denominator 5 ?

3. Any actual example of how would set_max_delay or set_min_delay settings override set_multicycle_path ?

4. How to obtain the following two set_clock_sense SDC commands ?
