I'm using SAED32nm library
When synthesizing there are information like this
"Information: The library cell 'PMT3_RVT' in the library 'saed32rvt_ss0p95v125c' is not characterized for internal power. (PWR-536)"

I want to measure power, so I think I have to add internal power characterization
How to add internal power characterization to the libarary cell?
