can anyone explain the working of s344 benchmark circuit.In fault detection ,during simulation whether we use only beenchmark circuit.can we use normal full adders etc.whether s344 detects a single stuck at fault

can anyone explain the working of the circuit. it is actually a multiplier. whether it detect all faults or soe faults only plz reply

In a benchmark circuit whether we apply a stuck at fault at a single pre-defined point or whether we apply the fault at all possible lines. plz reply. From where we get more information about benchmark circuit. plz explain the working of s344 benchmark circuit
