RVE couldn’t start after PEX Calibre

RVE couldn’t start after PEX Calibre
I run Calibre PEX. There exist some lvs errors.
After that, I tried to start RVE. However, the RVE view emerges for several seconds then disappear. The error message is:

*WARNING* (TECH-2000010): techGetTechFile: Argument must be dbCellViewId or ddId for cell, library, and so forth - nil.
*WARNING* (TECH-2000191): leGetValidLayerList: Invalid techfile ID - nil.
*WARNING* (DB-270212): dbOpenCellViewByType: Failed to open cellview (top calibre) from lib (ABC) in 'r' mode because cellView database does not exist, or cellview type is not recognized by dbOpenCellViewByType.
Calibre Error: Could not find cell top (calibre:maskLayout) for annotating in library

It seems that top cellview missing. However, there exist the top cell in this library ABC. Also, schematic and layout view exist in top. What’s wrong with it?
