Running software through Matlab

How can I run a software such az HFSS or CST via a Matlab M-file?
 

I dont think it is possible to do so. However, CST provides interface via visual BASIC and if you can connect visual basic and matlab, it might be possible.
 

ADS support cosimulation with Matlab, so maybe you can try to transfer the CST/HFSS model to ADS.
