which one is the most ideal terminal connector for connecting some of rs485 devices?is it okay if i just use and ordinary terminal connector (DT-126 screwed connector)???????????

You can connect RS-485 with just about any connector you wish. You can also use either screw terminals or wire splices like the 3M telephone line splice. The benefit of the splice connection is that they are filled with a waterproof grease. This keeps the connection from corroding in damp environments.

If you need to connect and disconnect, a common connector that is used is the RJ-45 style teleco connector. These are easy to crimp onto cables are offer quick connect and disconnect.

try to consult datasheet ,from maximic.com
