Hello All,

Could any body please advise a good simulation software for designing circuits up to 150Mhz? I use Multisim 10 from national instruments but I think it is not very helpfull at these frequencies. I have also downloaded Agilent ADS 2009?

any advise is very appreciated.

Agilent ADS will do the job for you.

Agillent ADS is so suitable for RF and microwave design and give RF designers special tools to design and optimize these circuits. Of course HSPICE can simulate adequately for your frequency range.

I am currently using LTSpice to simulate a circuit working in the range 400-500 MHz. In my personal experience, results are quite good, provided you use components' models suitable at those frequencies (most RF manufacturer has those models).
If you want an "absolute" simulation - I mean taking into account PCB - and you have a lot of money to invest, then you can purchase a license of Ansoft Designer. Too bad they no longer offer the free version.

Try to find out various RF softwares @rfglobalnet.com

u can use ANSOFT from ANSYS...

Aglient ADS is really good.
