Has anyone ever come across a chip that is acts as a Tx/Rx with a synchronizer included. Looking for the carrier range of 2.5 GHz and must be homodyne. Please let me know if you have seen something similar.

See this IC. I dont know whether this is homoyne or not, you have to check
but this is transceiver at 2.4-2.5 GHz.

i'm a newbie.To config this IC to another part in a transceiver of 2.4 Ghz (such as a reader of RFID and microstrip antenna ),what I have to do ?thank u !
