Hello is any direct replacement for HiPerRF IXYS IXFH12N50 ?
it is N-MOSFET TO-247
500V, 12A 0,4Ohm trr 250ns
I need it in RF (15MHz) class A Power Amplifier max 3A 250V (150W)
 

wise book (VRT) says something about ..
STW14NM50FD as dirrect replacement , but this is obsolute product
and
STW14NK50Z s enhanced replacement (have zener protection in Gate
