RLC, LC have limited Q... and values required may not be readily available. Dielectric resonators have very high Q and you can buy these at the freq u need. But they may be more costly if u only need a few... All voice down to the basic engineering problem: trade-offs... cost vs stability vs ease of implementation. Hope this helps!
