hi mates,
I'm a newbie on FPGA and would like to program a xc_95108
jedec file is existing
what sw would you recommend for this job?
of course I did search the web but didn't find a cheap solution
F/o/u/ndation is $$$ and my modem is slooowww....
any suggestions?

You can use ISE webpack it is free and support all the device below

But you have to download it from web or try to ask for a evaluation softwere.
