Replacing multiple components in Eagle.

How to REPLACE the multiple components which having the same footprint defined with another footprint in a single click?

Also plz let me know how to select/find the components having the same footprint. USing some command,the parts with the same footprint should be highlighted.

I think u have to replace individually ...for finding components having same footprint go to add and in search option type package name then* ,give ok.
