what is the input and output for the MOSFET?and please give the operating range of frequencies for the mosfet ?
 

input for MOSFET vary in bandwidth depending on models and manufacterer. plz check datasheet of your particular mosfet
 

Input voltage for MOSFET can vary starting from less than a volt to hundred of volts for power MOSFET. Operating frequency of a MOSFET can be order of Gigahertz. For full details you can see datasheet of the MOSFET.
 

Normally for mosfet,what is the input signal and what is the output we will get from mosfet (voltage or current)

One question for You. Can You tell me can we get somehow voltage without current or current without voltage ?

normally for mosfet we will give current pulse as input, what is type of current(AC or DC) and what is the output we will get from mosfet
 

what is the normal operating frequency for mosfet?
 


If you want to drive from micrcontroller, also need to think about a legic level mosfet. These are designed to operate at 5v input on the gate
