microcontroller input and output voltage

at what maximum input voltage the microcontroller reads as 0
and at what minimum input voltage it reads as 1
I am using 3.3v microcontroller (dspic33ep512mu810)
I searched the data sheet but i cannot find it
please help me out

Datasheet: V_IH, V_IL
... should be one of the first lines of the I/O characteristics table.
