Reg: Measurement equipment for SI
Dear All,
We are planning to buy an equipment for time domain as well as frequency domain measurement. Agilent NA gives frequency domain measurement while the Oscilloscope gives time domain measurement. Euipment from Lecroy like WaveXpert gives time domain as well as frquency domain measurement.
Also, I am looking to buy a single instrument which can be used for both time domain and frequency domain measurement.
Is there any equipment from AGILENT having these facilities?
Or anyone have used LeCroy instrument? How far about the reliability?
Please give some suggestion and also share your experience with LeCroy intrument.....
Thanks in Advance..

Also, MDO4000 Mixed Domain Oscilloscope from Tektronics gives both the time domain and frequency domain measurement....but the frequency limit is very low..(upto 6 GHz). But I am looking measurent upto the frequency range of 50 GHz.
Cheers,
Zakir Hussain
