I have designed a V-Band LNA using IHP_sg13g13_cu technology. I have used cascode topology. The final schematic diagram and final graphs are in the picture below.
I have searched on the internet for different V -Band LNAs in this technology to compare my results of Noise figure, Gain and One dB compression point . But I did not find anything useful,
I just want to know how good of a job I did in designing the V-band amplifier.

By looking at my design can anyone tell the weak points or the problem with my design. and How can i improve it. I know linearity is the problem here . Pin of -19dBm compression point is too low. I dont wanna decrease the biasing current of my circuit so I dont know how to proceed further.
If you have any links for other V band LNAs in this technology , then please share it. Any suggestion would be greatly welcomed. Thank you.
