Design in 0.18 um cmos

Hi,
I am developing an analog design in 0.18 um cmos technology at 20 GHz. I have two problems. First the models I have are accurate up to 10 GHz. How can I extend these models to the frequency I need? Second, in my design I need some transmission lines (coplanar wavaguide) with random shapes. What parameters of the process do I need to know in order to simulate the TLs? Where can I find them?
