Questions about supercapacitors?

Hi guys I am doing a project regarding supercapacitors, I have some questions about it.

Anybody here knows anything about it???

-How long does it usually take to charge for a supercapacitor?
-Does a supercapacitor need a constant input voltage in order to keep the charge in it? Will is discharge by itself quickly?
-Is it possible for a 3.7V Li-on 1350mAh phone battery to be charged quickly by a supercapacitor? Will it damage the battery?

Supercapacitors can give huge amount of energy in short time. Li-Ion today have fast chargers, and this batteries must be under good control.
