Questions about RF_PAD in PDK umc 0.18 technology

hello

i am using PDK umc 0.18 technology,, i have in it RF_PAD ,,and i have option in it to connect it to M6 or M6/M5 or M6/M5/M4 or M6/M5/M4/M3 or M6/M5/M4/M3/M2 .....and the shielding metal should be connected to M1,,,,, what does that mean?? thanks

pl ease i need the answer to this question quickly,,also i need to use a diode for ESD protection ,,,i have two diodes in the PDK ,, N+/P well diode and P+/N well diode ,,which is better and why,,please answer quickly
