Question on esd induced THD

attached fig illustrated the THD induced by ESD protector.

My question is that why THD decrease with frequency in high frequency?
 

This is simple. The output voltage becomes smaller, so the output caps become more linear.
For instance at 1GHz 6pF has abou 30 Ohm resistance, right? So your output signal becomes smaller by dividion of 25 Ohm resitor and 30 Ohm reactance, right? - thus distortions go down.
