Hello all,

in a paper, there is a simulation result of a differential amplifier:

"Simulated response to 200 mV differential input voltage swing at 1.4 V common-mode input voltage."

I can only understand that the simulation was done for ΔVin= Vin_n - Vin_p = 200 mV, but what is 1.4 V for common-mode input voltage?

Could be: Vin_n= 1.4 V and Vin_p = 1.4 V + 0.2 V = 1.6 V ?

I would be thankful for any help.

Not quite right.
You have a 1.4V common mode and +/- 100mV riding upon this voltage.
That means: Vin1=1.5 V and Vin2=1.3 V.
