Hi,
I want to get a current reference which has little dependence on temperature and power suplly. Who can help me?

thanks in advance.

See attachment. This circuit is less sensitive for supply and temp. variation that anyone known by me. For improve perfomance use more complex bandgap circuit(with OTA).
Regards.
